A grounding slow and steady sequence to connect you to the earth and yourself. We start laying down on your back – always a great start, right?! We’re working into your lower body and the length of your spine to get you strong and centred, and we go slooooww to get you mindful. This one’s awesome for when you need to bring the pace back down and get back to the simple things in life. But don’t be fooled, we’re pretty used to going at breakneck speed – the pauses bring their own power moves!
