Meditation doesn’t have to be sitting on a mat or cushion, observing your thoughts. (What a relief, right?!) Combining movement (asana) with breath and mindfulness is also meditation- checking in with how you feel. So here it is, the perfect sequence to slow down too. The pace is off on this one to give you space to get strong and long in your body and focused back on yourself. How often do you get to do that?!?
